Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: July 11, 2026

Link2Page hosts landing pages created by our users and serves them to the public. To keep the platform safe and trustworthy, every account and every page we host must follow this Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"). It is part of our Terms of Service. Operator: Shay Ben Shimon, contact@link2page.com.

1. Prohibited content and uses

You may not use Link2Page to create, host, publish, or promote pages that:

You also may not use the Service to send spam, artificially inflate analytics, resell access to the Service itself, or attempt to circumvent purchase requirements, security measures, or this AUP.

2. Marketing compliance and disclosures

If your page is used for affiliate marketing or paid promotion, you are responsible for including all legally required disclosures (such as FTC-required affiliate/endorsement disclosures for US audiences) and for ensuring every claim on the page is truthful and substantiated. See Section 6 of the Terms of Service.

3. Enforcement

We may — with or without prior notice — remove or unpublish any page, suspend or terminate any account, and withhold Service access where we reasonably believe this AUP has been violated, where required by law, or where a payment provider or infrastructure partner requires it. Purchases associated with content removed for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds. We may preserve and disclose relevant information to law enforcement where legally required.

We do not pre-screen every page, and hosting a page does not mean we endorse it. Responsibility for page content rests with the user who created it.

4. Reporting a page

If you believe a page hosted by Link2Page violates this AUP or infringes your rights, report it to contact@link2page.com with:

We review reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing the page.

5. Changes

We may update this AUP as the Service, the law, or our partners' requirements evolve. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version.
